Students Participate in Verve Season V “Best Out of Waste” Competition
Latur, 26 February 2026:
The students of Dayanand College of Commerce actively participated in the “Best Out of Waste” competition organized on the college campus on 26th February 2026. The event aimed to promote creativity, innovation, and environmental awareness among students.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of various classes who displayed remarkable talent by transforming waste materials such as newspapers, plastic bottles, cardboard boxes, old CDs, and fabric scraps into attractive and useful items. The exhibits included decorative wall hangings, eco-friendly pen stands, flower vases, organizers, and artistic models.
The judges appreciated the originality and hard work of the participants. They highlighted the importance of recycling and reusing materials to reduce environmental pollution and encouraged students to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.
The competition not only provided a platform for students to showcase their artistic skills but also spread the message of environmental conservation. The program concluded with appreciation for all participants for their creativity and commitment towards building a greener future.
